The Düsseldorf Regional Court has upheld Apple’s preliminary injunction against the Galaxy Tab 10.1. It means that Samsung can’t sell the Galaxy Tab 10.1 (or any new devices that share the same design) in Germany.
The injunction was initially granted on 9th August and was upheld again on 25th August. Samsung’s options now include appealing to a higher Düsseldorf court or waiting (and potentially appealing) after a final ruling by the Regional court.
