Google launches mobile printing service

Last Spring, the beta version of Google Cloud Print was launched. It enabled users to print from any browser without needing to install any software; all that was needed was an internet-connected Windows PC with the Google Chrome browser and a connected printer.

Today the company has announced the beta launch of Google Cloud Print for mobile documents, which works with Gmail and with the Google Docs product.

The feature is initially available to English-speaking users in the US.
