Google Maps is the preferred navigation choice for mobiles
More consumers from Western Europe and the USA prefer the Google Maps brand than any other mobile phone navigation system, according to a new report from Strategy Analytics . And that’s despite Google not offering turn-by-turn spoken directions. When it came to standalone navigation devices, TomTom was the preferred brand in Western Europe while Garmin led in the US.
