Alpha Telecom ceases trading

Alpha Telecom, which launched its own prepaid virtual mobile network last year, has ceased trading.

A notice on the company website reads “Onyx Innovation UK Ltd trading as Alpha Telecom has ceased to trade and will shortly be put into liquidation. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. Further information will be supplied in due course.”

Alpha Telecom was founded in 1996 and was acquired by ONYX Innovation UK in 2010.
