New ELSE phone introduces Linux-based 'ELSE INTUITION' OS

Last month Japan's ACCESS CO LTD mobile software provider and Israeli technology design company Emblaze Mobile revealed the ELSE INTUITION operating system and the ELSE mobile phone. ELSE INTUITION is based on ACCESS's version of the mobile Linux platform.

The ELSE phone – the first handset to use the ELSE INTUITION platform – has now been brought to the UK. There's no news yet about a network or retailer distribution deal, although the handset is expected to go on sale in Q2 2010. There's a 3.5-inch display on the ELSE phone, 16GB of memory, a 5-megapixel camera and GPS. Dimensions are 13mm x 57mm x 116mm. [Press release]

I am very impressed with the comments of the experts who have had hands on experience of this ne ELSE phone. They seem to think it is way ahaed of the Iphone 3GS and also the Palm Pre! I cannot wait to get my hands on one for myself.
Meanwhile I have invested in Emblaze shares - quoted in London - as @ approx 50p. the people at Schroderas think the value of the phone is in that price for free because of the other investments of Emblaze. Perhaps this is the best way to make some money to cover the cost of the Else when it comes out!!
