Skype via iPhone unavailable in Germany and Canada

It seems that the new Skype VoIP application for the Apple iPhone isn't available to all customers. T-Mobile in Germany says its contractual terms prohibit customers from using the service, while a patent dispute in Canada means the software isn't available for download there.
