15% of parents use handheld mobiles when driving with children

Australian network Telstra has published startling figures that say 15% of parents have used handheld mobiles when driving with their children in the car. Telstra points out that the risk of having an accident increases four-fold when doing this. Australia, like the UK, has a law that specifically prohibits holding a mobile phone when driving.
