Shazam faces patent infringement claim from Digimarc
Technology company Digimarc Corporation has filed a complaint for patent infringement against Shazam Entertainment. Digimarc says Shazam's music identification technology infringes three of its patents. It's the second patent claim that Shazam has faced this year; it was the subject of legal action from Tune Hunter in May. [Press release]
