Motorola preparing for a four-way split in 2010?

He called Motorola "a combination of four business entities with no synergies", suggesting that the company could be broken up into its Networks division, a home equipment division, the Enterprise Mobility Solutions unit and the mobile devices division next year. [Source: BusinessWeek.com]
