David Cameron's cabinet meetings are mobile-free zones

New UK prime minister David Cameron has banned his new cabinet from using mobile phones during cabinet meetings, according to a report on the BBC. Mobile devices are allowed during meetings and debates in parliament if the devices have been switched to silent mode.
