Orange trials ticket service for customers

The O2 Priority and Vodafone VIP services, which offer advance ticket booking for customers, have a new rival. Orange UK has created a pilot scheme in Leeds and Manchester via ticketing company Last Second Tickets. Users can receive personalised offers for discounted tickets to entertainment events.

Customers will receive text alerts and can buy lower-priced tickets (up to £10) via their mobile phone bill.
