JAG and Go Mobile dealerships create joint venture

John George's JAG dealership and Iain Humphrey's Go Mobile shops are forming a joint venture, two years after an unsuccessful merger attempt.

All 114 stores will receive Go Mobile branding, with JAG stores now able to offer more networks and handsets. Go Mobile is reported to be taking a 50% stake in JAG; Go Mobile's shops will then be added into the new joint venture company later this year.

John George will run sales and marketing while Iain Humphrey will manage supply and logistics via his Shebang distribution business.
