Sami Lehtinen to become new general manager of Nokia UK and Ireland

NokiaMark Loughran, general manager of Nokia UK and Ireland, is leaving the company on 1st October. He'll be replaced by Sami Lehtinen, Nokia's current head of retail.

Dr Loughran is moving to become president of Pace Enterprise, a new division of digital TV company Pace.

Neil Gaydon, Chief Executive Officer of Pace plc, said "Mark has a strong entrepreneurial flair with a track record in creating and growing new businesses. With our industry evolving towards digital convergence into and around the home, the new Pace Enterprise division will accelerate our work with many of the world’s most successful payTV operators as well as open up new markets and technology growth opportunities for the Group. I’m delighted that Mark is joining Pace at this time to lead this initiative as part of my Executive Team."
