We started by asking why giffgaff lets its customers get involved.
“We’re moving into a world where the customer not only comes first but has a say”, explained Heather. “Instead of ignoring that, giffgaff’s embraced that”.
Also on the agenda were growth and development, the influence of O2, giffgaff’s admission of its problems and the network’s lessons for the mobile industry.
