Problems for Nomi Mobile

Nomi-Call Limited, the company responsible for sales and distribution of Nomi Mobile SIM cards in the UK, has gone into administration.

The company’s Facebook page currently shows a number of comments asking what’s happened to the network.

Nomi Mobile is a virtual network that launched in late 2007. Service was initially provided by Vodafone via BT Mobile but was later moved to O2 through a deal with Lycamobile.

Has anyone successfully tracked down their PAC number in order to move their numnber to another service provider?

I made query to OFCOM about PAC code from NOMI service. The answer was we lose number, credits and all. I thought they are on our side but they can not help us at all, in other word OFCOM is not our side at all. I wanted keep my number which all my friends can conact me all over the world.

What is the customer service number - i tried the 0845 number listed on their website - which does not work.What is a PAC number and how does one move your number to another service provider?

Thanks, your a life saver.
Successfully transferred to a new network, number up and running again.

For anyone else needing PAC, you must phone 325 from your nomi phone for Customer Care. I believe this is for a limited time.
