Arqiva contract breached by Everything Everywhere merger, says report

Mobile News reports that network infrastructure firm Arqiva has won a High Court action against Everything Everywhere. It says the Technology and Construction Court has ruled Everything Everywhere’s attempt to combine the Orange and T-Mobile UK networks breaches contracts with Arqiva. Everything Everywhere is said to be appealing against the judgement.

Arqiva is now reported to be asking for an injunction that could either prevent the next stage of network sharing between Orange and T-Mobile or could result in a compensation payment. A further court hearing is due later this month.
