Orange tariff revamp turns music and TV into 'swapable' options

Orange has launched what it’s calling the UK’s first multimedia ‘swappable’ benefits on a Pay Monthly tariff. The company’s ‘Panther’ tariff now lets customers choose from a menu of premium benefits, with the option of changing their choices every month. In addition, Panther will still include an allowance of minutes, text messages and data.

Deezer Mobile, the exclusive mobile music streaming service announced earlier this week, is one of these tariff options.

Orange Panther customers will be able to add two options to their price plan, with choices including Sky Sports Mobile TV, Navigon Sat Nav, games and ebooks.

Pippa Dunn, Chief Marketing Officer for the Consumer unit of Everything Everywhere, “We think Swapables make Panther the ultimate Smart Phone tariff. From unlimited music to live Sky Sports, customers can pick Swapables based on their lifestyle and interests. So whether you're a news junkie or TV addict; a gamer or a book worm - there's a Swapable for you. And because we know people like trying new things, we let customers change their Swapables every month.”
