ExclusiveUK business announces innovative Caller ID service for the visually impaired

UK company ClearCaller has launched an innovative Caller ID service for mobile phone users with a visual impairment. The service is called C-CallerID and it’s been announced with a half-price offer that’ll be available from 21st February.

C-CallerID generates a full-screen image of one or two initial letters from the mobile phone’s contact list.

ExclusiveDigital camera usage still ahead of cameraphones, says research

Market Research company NPD Group says the digital camera is still the preferred device for taking photos, according to its new study from the USA. However, mobile phone usage is catching up.

51% of all pictures taken were captured by a digital camera. Next was the mobile phone at 42%, although this figure varied quite dramatically depending on the user's age.
