HTC has announced a new marketing campaign that it’s calling ‘Change’. As part of what it’s describing as “its most powerful marketing campaign to date”, the manufacturer has signed actor Robert Downey Jr on a two-year deal.
The first new HTC ad will be shown on YouTube later this week.

Don't sell the steak – sell the sizzle! That's the mantra of many salespeople. It's all about emphasising the benefits of a product rather than its features. You don't tell people about the 13 megapixel camera when they ask about the new LG smartphone, you tell them it'll capture the first steps of their precious young nephew in pin-sharp accuracy. Or something like that.

The Advertising Standards Agency has told EE to stop using some of its online advertising messages following a complaint from BT.
A number of statements on the EE website referred to ‘superfast mobile broadband’, including ‘Superfast mobile 4GEE only on EE’ and ‘our 4G network which gives you superfast, reliable internet wherever you are’.
