Arqiva contract breached by Everything Everywhere merger, says report

Mobile News reports that network infrastructure firm Arqiva has won a High Court action against Everything Everywhere.

It says the Technology and Construction Court has ruled Everything Everywhere's attempt to combine the Orange and T-Mobile UK networks breaches contracts with Arqiva. Everything Everywhere is said to be appealing against the judgement.

Sony Ericsson adds more than 20 new mobile games to Xperia Play catalogue

Sony Ericsson is demonstrating its commitment to the PlayStation-certified Xperia Play smartphone by announcing more than 20 new games for the device, including 10 exclusive titles. All are optimised for the Xperia Play and will join the current list of more than 60 titles.

It also says additional games from Sony Computer Entertainment's collection of classic PlayStation 1 titles will be coming to Xperia Play soon.

Mobile phone radiation, cancer and the IARC

On Tuesday this week the International Agency for Research on Cancer - part of the World Health Organisation - classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans.
