The Co-operative Group is launching its own-brand ‘pay as you go’ SIM card, which will be available from more than 3,800 stores across the UK.
SIM cards will also be available online.

The European Parliament has voted to end mobile phone roaming charges from 15th December 2015 as part of a package of proposals that also promises ‘net neutrality’.
It means that customers travelling to other EU countries from the UK wouldn’t pay any additional cost for making calls, receiving calls, sending text messages or using mobile internet services when abroad.

EE has announced a series of lower-cost 4G tariffs and what it’s calling the “UK’s lowest priced 4G smartphone”.
UK customers can now pay from £13.99 per month for a deal that includes a free smartphone - either the new EE Kestrel or the Alcatel Idol S - with 500 minutes of calls, unlimited text messages and 500MB of mobile data every month.
