Tablet, phablets and smartphones
Nokia has used its Nokia World event in Abu Dhabi to announce six new devices.
The biggest news is the company’s first Windows tablet - the Lumia 2520, which runs Windows RT 8.1. There are also two ‘phablet’ smartphones plus three lower-spec Asha handsets.

Microsoft has announced two new additions to its family of Surface tablets.

Quarterly revenue was up 10% year-on-year to $19.90 billion (£13.01 billion), while annual revenue was up 6% to $77.85 billion (£50.91 billion).

Samsung Electronics has announced a tablet with the ability to run both Windows 8 and Android 4.2.2.
The ATIV Q can be used as a conventional tablet with the display folded over the keyboard or as a notebook with the display upright.
