Condiment-based puns aside, it’s a serious matter that could see key players from the deal charged with cooking the books.

Orange launches all-in-one Libon app with free voice calls, messaging and voicemail

Orange Vallée, the part of France Telecom-Orange responsible for innovation and development, has released a free cross-network mobile app that enables users to make free voice calls, send messages and receive voicemail messages.

It’s called Libon and is available as an iOS app in 90 countries including the UK; an Android version is planned for early next year.

EE launches UK 4G service and rebrands 700 shops

EE - previously known as Everything Everywhere - has launched the UK’s first 4G mobile phone service today.

The ‘4GEE’ service is now available in 11 cities across the UK: Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield and Southampton.

EE announces prices for 4G service launching on 30th October

EE, formerly Everything Everywhere, has announced tariff details for its new 4G mobile phone service in the UK. It’s launching 4G in the UK on Tuesday 30th October in Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow and parts of Southampton. Coverage will expand to Belfast, Derby, Hull, Nottingham and Newcastle by Christmas.

The new service will be called 4GEE and promises average speeds of 8-12Mbps.
