Nokia has announced two new Windows Phone devices and two feature phones at Mobile World Congress today.

Both of the Windows Phone smartphones are mid-priced handsets, with initial availability expected within a few weeks.

O2 promotion offers Brian Blessed voicemail messages as a prize

Actor Brian Blessed is offering to record voicemail messages for the first hundred O2 UK customers who buy an HTC Windows Phone 8 handset this week.

The promotional campaign, which involves each purchaser tweeting @O2 using the hashtag #brianmail, will reward winners with a voicemail greeting recorded by the richly-voiced British actor

Nokia's quarterly results show a return to profit

Nokia has published its fourth quarter and full-year financial results for 2012, moving back into profit during Q4 for the first time in over a year.

However, the annual figure still shows a loss and the company is proposing not to make a dividend payment to shareholders.
