HTC takes new legal action against Apple for patent infringement

Last year we saw Apple launching a patent claim against HTC - and HTC responded. Now HTC Corporation is taking new legal action against Apple.

It's filed a complaint with the US International Trade Commission and the US District Court of Delaware, claiming patent infringement by the Apple Mac computer and the Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod product lines.

Prepay mobile phone users spend almost two weeks a year browsing retail websites

UK customers with 'pay as you go' mobile phones spend an average of 13 days a year browsing retail sites on their mobile devices. The figure comes from a new survey commissioned by mobile marketing provider Velti.

It means that prepay mobile users are spending over a third longer browsing mobile retail sites than their 'pay monthly' counterparts.
