O2 UK introduces new tariff with unlimited calls and texts

O2O2 UK has announced a new tariff called On & On. Prices start from £26 a month for unlimited calls to mobiles and landlines in the UK plus unlimited text messages to UK-based numbers. The deal also includes 1GB of data that can be used in any way, including tethering and streaming.

Sally Cowdry, Marketing & Consumer Director for O2 in the UK, said “O2 On & On gives our customers the most value we’ve ever offered in a Pay Monthly tariff. Whether they’re choosing to stay with us or joining O2 for the first time, they’ll be able to talk and text as much as they like, while enjoying the internet on their mobile absolutely worry-free. And only O2 has the added value benefits of priority access to 4000 acts a year with Priority Tickets and everyday offers and discounts with Priority Moments.”

The data allowance will stop when customers reach the 1GB limit, avoiding extra data charges. On & On customers who want additional data can double the allowance to 2GB for an extra £5.

Monthly payments of £36, £41 or £46 are available if the customer wants to sign up for a new phone when they choose the contract. For example, an Apple iPhone 4S 16GB would have an up-front cost of £59.99 on the £36 On & On tariff.
