It looks as though mobile phone distributor Advantage Cellular Communications has reached the end of the road. Its majority shareholder, Centernet, says it has appointed Smith and Williamson as administrators. It’s not known yet whether it’ll be possible to sell some or all of the business; company founder and shareholder Simon Earle has apparently been interested in rescuing the company.
