Communications minister Lord Carter to quit after 'Digital Britain' report?

The Times is reporting that UK Communications Minister Lord Carter of Barnes, who – as Stephen Carter – had previously headed Ofcom and Brunswick PR, is expected to return to the private sector in July. He’s currently working on his ‘Digital Britain’ report for the government, which is due to be published next week.
