LG Mobile has promoted Jim Michel, its global account manager for T-Mobile, to interim UK sales and marketing director. He's replacing John Barton, who leaves next month.
Jim Michel was responsible for Motorola's UK business until late 2008. He's expected to remain in his interim position for around three months.
