Former Miss England and Miss Great Britain Danielle Lloyd is suing The Carphone Warehouse after an employee copied photos from her mobile phone and tried to sell them. It’s been reported that the employee copied photos of the model when she upgraded her phone and asked for her personal data to be transferred to the new device. She’s suing the retailer and its (now sacked) employee after discovering that the employee had approached national newspapers in an attempt to sell the images. Interestingly, Ms Lloyd and The Carphone Warehouse were involved in a different kind of disagreement two years ago when the retailer withdrew its sponsorship of TV’s Celebrity Big Brother after complaints about bullying.
