Samsung has announced the Samsung Jet, which it describes as “the fastest full touch handset on the market today”. It’s equipped with an 800MHz processor, a 3.1-inch AMOLED display, GPS, a new ‘Dolfin’ web browser and a 5 megapixel camera. The Samsung Jet will be promoted using the advertising message “Impatience is a Virtue”. Online advertising also describes it as “smarter than smartphone”, although - with its proprietary operating system - it doesn't conform to many people's definition of a ‘smart’ device.
