Vodafone Group plc says Sir Crispin Davis OBE has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 28th July.
Sir Crispin was Chief Executive of Reed Elsevier until 2009, having previously been Chief Executive of Aegis Group and the Group Managing Director of Guinness Group (now Diageo plc). He was also a Non-Executive Director on the board of GlaxoSmithKline, where former Vodafone CEO Sir Chris Gent is currently chairman.
Vodafone has also announced that Alan Jebson and Anthony Watson will be standing down from the board in July.
