Juniper Research says the worldwide number of 3G femtocell subscribers will exceed 15 million during 2012, driven (somewhat obviously) by the demand for improved 3G reception.
That figure looks slightly higher than other recent reports. For example, Berg Insight says there’ll be 70 million people regularly using 12 million femtocells by 2014. [Press release]
