The European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) has awarded the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini 'European Mobile Phone 2010-2011'. It's an award chosen by the editors of special interest magazines across Europe. (No UK mobile publications are currently represented among EISA members). The Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000 won European Smartphone 2010-2011, whilst the Samsung Wave GT-S8500 won the award for European Social Media Phone. The Apple iPad was awarded 'European Tablet 2010-2011'.
