The UK & Ireland business of Domino’s Pizza has released a quarterly statement ahead of its Annual General Meeting today.
It says e-commerce accounted for 50.6% of all UK deliveries in the 13-week period to 25th March 2012, up from 39.3% in 2011. Total online sales for the period were up 44.5% to £59.3 million, with a sixth of this figure - 16.4% - taken through Domino’s mobile platforms.
In one week during the quarter, mobile sales hit £1 million for the first time ever.
