Apple's new iPhone 4 has a video-call-over-WiFi feature that the company's called FaceTime. As a result, FaceTime Communications Inc – which helps businesses use social networks and other 'web 2.0' services - has agreed to transfer the FaceTime trademark to Apple and says it'll rebrand the company in the coming months.
