Mobile location-based social network Foursquare has added the ability for users to annotate their posts with photos and comments. The option is already available on the new Foursquare iPhone application and will be added to the Foursquare Android app later this week. Apps for WebOS, BlackBerry and other mobile operating systems are expected to be updated early next year.
A number of Foursquare partners – including Instagram, Foodspotting and picplz – have already integrated the photo feature.
