The latest mobile phone survey from J.D. Power and Associates in the USA has shown that customer satisfaction with smartphones is increasing while satisfaction with traditional mobiles is falling. It blames the increased awareness of advanced features as the main reason for the disappointment with traditional mobiles.
Apple was the highest-ranked manufacturer of smartphones used for personal reasons, followed by LG and BlackBerry. Apple was also at the top of the table for business use, while LG topped the table for traditional handsets. [Press release]
