The BBC reports that four people were arrested in Brazil after police foiled a plot to smuggle mobile phones into a prison using a remote-controlled model helicopter. Police discovered the helicopter when they stopped a car near the jail during a routine check. It contained nine mobile phones wrapped inside a disposable nappy. Prisoners have been known to use mobile phones to organise crimes from within prison.
