Amdocs, which describes itself as a leading provider of customer experience systems, has acquired UK-based mobile payments and messaging aggregator MX Telecom for approximately $104 million (£69 million)
MX Telecom will become part of Amdocs' OpenMarket business, extending the organisation's global footprint.
