Last September we reported how NEC Corporation, Casio Computer Co and Hitachi were planning to merge their respective mobile phone businesses into a joint venture that would launch in April 2010.
The companies now say a review by competition authorities may not be completed in time for an April launch, so they're postponing it for approximately a month.
