The CEO of LG Electronics – the mobile phone, TV and home appliance arm of LG – is reported to have resigned following poor smartphone sales.
Nam Yong is expected to be replaced next month by Koo Bon-joon, who runs the LG International business. Mr Koo is the brother of LG Group Chairman Koo Bon-moo.
