Quarterly figures show slight drop in T-Mobile UK customers

Deutsche Telekom – parent company of T-Mobile – has published Q3 2009 figures that show a year-on-year rise in profits of 7.2% to €959 million. Revenue rose 5.2% to €16.26 billion and the total number of mobile customers increased by 4.3% to 150.9 million.

Here in the UK, customer numbers have dropped 1.2% year-on-year to 16.6 million although the proportion of ‘pay monthly’ users has increased slightly. [Press release]
