Sony Ericsson promotes Satio and Aino mobile phones via Twitter

It's been quite a day for innovative advertising campaigns. Not only do we have giffgaff with its Human hand-dryer, its Cuddle Monster and its Musicle (plus loads of other tools), we also have Sony Ericsson letting consumers inflate 'space hoppers' using Twitter.

The space-hopper-pumping activity is part of the 'Spark Something' campaign to support the Satio and Aino phones (although it's not great timing for the Satio). Consumers visit www.sonyericsson.com/hopperinvasion to see a warehouse full of deflated hoppers; they can then tweet #pumpt via Twitter and watch a real space hopper being inflated on-screen.
