iSuppli has just revealed its preliminary hardware analysis of the Android-powered Samsung Galaxy Tablet.
The so-called teardown shows the Galaxy Tab having a very similar design to the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone. Both have a Samsung-branded Hummingbird 1GHz ARM-based processor and an Infineon baseband processor.
