The offer applies when using Twitter’s mobile site on any 3 mobile or integrated mobile apps on phones including the INQ Mini 3G, INQ Chat 3G and Sony Ericsson T715. Customers who have an internet add-on 'bundle' can use Twitter without using any of their monthly allowance.
