Virgin Mobile has launched what’s probably the UK’s lowest ‘pay monthly’ tariff. For £8.50 a month, customers get 100 minutes, 100 texts and a choice of Samsung, LG or Nokia phones on an 18-month minimum term contract. It's not the first sub-£10 deal; 3 already has a £9.00 tariff.
