Daisy Group plc has agreed an offer to buy Newcastle-based BNS in a deal worth around £10.45 million. BNS provides a range of telecoms services, including voice-over-IP, fixed-line and mobile connections.
Matthew Riley, Daisy's CEO, said "This Offer makes great sense for Daisy, given the scale and position of BNS within the UK SME market."
