Simon Stanford has been appointed as Head of Mobile for Samsung UK and Ireland, reports Mobile News. The move follows this week's departure of Mark Mitchinson, Samsung Mobile's vice president of UK and Ireland.
Simon joined Samsung as Sales Director for its mobile business in September last year. He'd previously worked at O2, T-Mobile and Orange.
