Faisal Sheikh: Fone Doctors

Faisal Sheikh is the owner (or, as he occasionally prefers, 'Chief Surgeon') of London-based Fone Doctors. As well as running a mobile phone dealership at London Bridge station, Faisal has built a reputation as a repairer and unlocker of almost every handset known in the UK. His engineers offer a "no fix, no fee" repair service while Faisal himself has been known to work for nothing but Jaffa cakes. Faisal joined us most recently for our podcast on 22nd June 2012 when we talked about mobile phone retailing in the UK.
